CV & Interview Preparation
Your career counsellor will help you to develop all the “marketing materials” you need to maximise the impact your profile has on potential employers and enhance your chances of success. We help you to write relevant CVs for head-hunters and other intermediaries, while also teaching you how to make your LinkedIn profile stand out from the crowd, by conveying your professional history and skills. Then your career counsellor will go over all the skills necessary for interviews with you by rehearsing interview questions to make sure that you perform as well as possible with confidence.
Engagement with the Market
As part of our career development planning, we help you engage with the market. Your career counsellor will introduce you, in a structured way, to relevant third parties – all of whom have been outlined and discussed with you in advance. We highlight your candidature in appropriate contexts and teach you how to make direct approaches, and how you can utilise your own network. At Christina Campbell Career Consultants, we have experience in introducing our clients to head hunters, PE firms, companies or our very own network, depending on what we deem to be most appropriate.
