Caroline has spent her career both in the UK and in Hong Kong for 16 years, enabling clients to make the most of their talents and potential. She has worked with large corporations and individual clients. Currently, she has a portfolio of activities - coaching private clients, working as an Associate Consultant with Chiumento, as an Associate with Christina Campbell Associates, running seminars with Helen Price as Circles of Change, giving talks on retirement for the ICAEW, editing and proof reading non fiction books and developing her own business, Breaking Out of the Chrysalis. She is current Chair of The Executive Network, a networking group for senior executives.
As a business person, Caroline successfully established and built an operation in Hong Kong for an Australian career transition company, Davidson & Associates, before returning to the UK in 1998. She then joined Right Management Consultants as Director Professional Services, before being headhunted to turnaround Lee Hecht Harrison as UK Managing Director in 2000.
Subsequent to a strategic closure of the Lee Hecht Harrison operation in the UK, by its parent company, Adecco, Caroline followed her passion for enabling senior executives to capitalise on change. She became part of the Consultancy Team, with a seat on the Executive Board, at AGM Transitions Limited, working with senior executives who were either proactively seeking change or reacting to it. One of her most successful clients is now on the Board of one of the UK's largest banks.
